  • Customers have the right to a free return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • A full refund applies to all payment methods used at checkout, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

🚚 Free Returns (14-Day Window)

  • Customers may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligible returns will receive a free return label.

  • Returned items must meet all eligibility conditions listed above to qualify for a full refund.

💳 Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Klarna Customers:

  • After we issue your refund, it may take up to 14 additional business days for Klarna to post the funds back to your account, depending on their processing timelines.

⚠️ Restocking Fees

  • Restocking fees may apply to returned items that were not purchased using Klarna credit.

  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and communicated prior to processing.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases.

  • For non-Klarna orders, exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability and eligibility conditions.

✉️ Right to Withdraw / Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Please note:
For Klarna customers, after a cancellation or return is approved and processed, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your Klarna account.
